Whether for larger teams, smaller groups, or individual supervisors, our modular units offer versatile solutions.
Example: An orchard needs a worker accommodation site of about 70 people to meet the needs of its seasonal workers during the harvest season.
We can quickly build a high-quality worker accommodation site that meets all government regulations using the following combinations. This means the average number of living spaces, dining spaces, showers and toilets per person are all within government-mandated standards.
As shown in the picture, our worker accommodation site for up to 72 people contains the following modules:

Depending on the number of workers, our module combinations can also be flexibly matched. As shown in the table below, each of our modules is marked with the number of workers it can support.
The number of modules required can be calculated based on some basic government requirements:
- Minimum living area: 4.5 square meters per person
- Minimum dining area: 1.1 square meters per person
- Per Shower: shared by up to 7 people
- Per Toilet: shared by up to 7 people
